- The sales candidate is ideally an experienced sales leader who has been trained in sales planning, managing, and executing sales plans.
- The sales leader, if experienced must be able to lead, coach/train, and run the sales process in a methodical manner.
- Based on his/her experience, the candidate must know how to segment, classify, and prioritize the customer bases.

Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects on a daily basis. All key parties must be aware on a daily or weekly basis about the product progression. Product improvements in hardware/software is the first priority. To be successful as a project manager, you should have a good working knowledge of project estimation techniques and the ability to motivate team members. Ultimately, a top-notch project manager should have good communication and decision-making skills to make sure that the projects are on track. If not, decisions have to be made or issues must be communicated to owners to keep the project on track. To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a huge advantage.
- Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Assembling and leading the project team.
